Please note the following:

• All rates are Government tax inclusive i.e. Turn over tax and vat (subject to change).
• Check-in Time - 13.00 hours.
• Checkout Time - 10.30 hours.
• All reservations to be made by fax or email
• Cancellations and No Shows - If cancellation is done inside 72 hours prior to arrival a one-night fee will apply. A No Show could result in full payment being demanded. All cancellations must be in writing by either fax or email and a confirmation obtained.
• Late Checkout until 5 pm will incur a charge equivalent to 80% of the room rate, subject to space availability. Checkouts after 5pm are charged at one night's rate.
• 2 Children under 12 years of age - Free - using the existing bedding.
• The rates do not include Airport Transfers.
• Official voucher/order should be produced upon check-in.
• All payments are to be made by the 15th of the following month.

• Reservations must be made by fax or email.
• A deposit equal to two nights accommodation will be required to confirm reservations.
• Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a fee equivalent to one night's rate.
• Any food and beverage arrangements must be finalized 15 days prior to arrival
• Payment - Group Bookings must be fully prepaid 15 days prior to arrival.
