| The group embarked on an apartment style inner city hotel at the capital city Suva with the opening of Suva Motor Inn in August 1995. In April 2000 the group took over the operations of a lavish and up-market oasis in Labasa (Island of Vanua Levu) known as the Grand Eastern Hotel.
